- The price of the product is exclusive of any shipping cost.
- The customer has to provide the correct details of the recipient’s name with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle-free delivery.
- Our shipping partner is BVC Logistics and our customers are expected to cooperate with the courier agent/logistics partner to ensure smooth and safe delivery.
- Our logistics partner will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver the product, in case the recipient is not available at the address during his visit. In case the recipient is not reachable/available after these 3 attempts, the product will be returned to us.
- If you want the product to be delivered again, then please reach out to contact@mehul-shah.com regarding the product delivery.
- Identity proof (Either one of the following – PAN card, Passport, Driving license, Voter ID or Aadhar card) may be required while delivering a shipment of high value. This is to ensure the correct and safe delivery of the product.
- Once the product is shipped, the option to change the delivery address will not be available.
Payment Policy
Payment needs to be made online via the Razorpay payment gateway.
The expected delivery time is 7-21 working days from the date of receiving the payment. However, if any customization requirements are made, it may take longer.
The delivery date shown on the website is a tentative date based on capital cities and primary locations.
Delivery to suburban areas and the countryside may take longer.
